HGV Class 1 Driver

Challenge-trg are recruiting Class 1 HGV Drivers for our client based in CREWE CW2 5UB

• Must have held class 1 licence for 2 years
• Shift pattern Tuesday-Sat
• Start times
• 1 x 16.00pm trunking and occ store
• 1x17.00pm trunking and occ store
• 1 x 18.00 trunking and occ store
• 1x 19.00 trunking and occ store
• 2 x 23.00 - will be trunking only
• Store deliveries and trunking.
• Current average shift length of 10-12 hours
• Day rate 04.00am -18.00pm
• Night rate 18.00pm - 04.00am

Rates

• Days �16.45 holidays accrued �18.44 holidays included
• Nights �17.45 holidays accrued �19.56 holidays included

What the HGV Class 1 driver can expect:

• Weekly Pay
• Guaranteed minimum shift payment of 8 hours
• Hourly Pay
• 24-hour assistance night operation team

The Requirements from the HGV Class 1 Driver

• A full Class 1 HGV Licence held for Min 2 years required
• A valid Drivers CPC Card
• A digital tachograph card
• A full understanding of WTD legislation
• Reliable and excellent time keeping
• Flexible with start times & working days
