Are you a skilled HGV Class 1 Driver looking for a new opportunity?

We are recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing work on Night Shifts at a leading logistics company based in Wigan. We offer competitive pay rates and a fixed rota, with guaranteed shifts or permanent roles if wanted.

Role Overview:

As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for making deliveries to RDC's across the Northwest.

Hours & Shift Patterns

• 6 week shift rota which will include 3 weekends
\n
• Start Times Available between 1800 - 2300
\n
• Paid Breaks
\n

Pay:

\n
• Mon - Thur £16.50p/h - £20.50p/h
\n
• Friday £17p/h - £21.25p/h
\n
• Saturday £18.00p/h - £22.75p/h
\n
• Sunday £19p/h - £23p/h
\n
• Overtime after 48 Hours £20.97 - £23.97
\n
• PAYE and Umbrella
\n

Duties:

\n
• Driving a HGV Class 1 vehicle with Box or Double Deck Trailers
\n
• Making deliveries to RDC's across the Northwest
\n
• Normally between 1 - 3 drops per shift depending on the location.
\n
• Completing daily vehicle checks and managing your driving hours
\n

Skills & Experience:

\n
• HGV Class 1 Driving Licence, CPC & Digi Card
\n
• At least 12 Months HGV Class 1 driving experience
\n
• No more than 6 points for minor endorsements
\n
• Experience with Double Deck Trailers would be an advantage but not essential
\n
