HGV Class 1 Drivers

CareerLink have a very exciting new opportunity which has become available based in the LU5 4TP radius. We are recruiting for a well-established parcel supply chain based in LU5 4TP.

We are searching for some highly reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 drivers to undertake the role of 1 main delivery and 10 collections a day.

In this role you will be required to self load your own vehicle and and helping the customer load the collections.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for long-term ongoing work and for guranteed 5 days per week.

You will be required to work on a Monday - Friday basis from the start times of 09:00am - 18:00pm.

A shift length would be for a minimum of 8 hours.

The pay rate would be £15.28 per hour and overtime £22.92 per hour.

To be considered for the role you must have the following;

• A full HGV Class 1 driving licence , Tacho and DQC
• A clean driving licence would be desired however is not essential
• Multi-drop experience would be ideal however not essential
• Must have some Class 1 driving experience
• Must be able to work from 9am - 6pm
