HGV Class 1 Drivers

JAM Staffing Solutions are recruiting a large number of HGV Class 1 drivers for our prestigious Willenhall based client. 

Delivering food and drink products to Stores, and small supermarkets.   

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good geographical knowledge of the UK road systems. 

Must hold valid licence for the category of vehicle, CPC and Digi card.    

The job role includes:

• Multi-drop – between 5 and 15 deliveries.


• Roll cage deliveries of products to foodservice establishments using refrigerated vehicles and tail-lifts


• Collection of empty roll cages and customer waste/returns.


• Some hand-ball deliveries are required.


• Majority of start times are between 0300 and 0600


• Nationwide deliveries.


• Some nights out may be required


• Various shift patterns  

Must be polite and well mannered as role will be customer facing. 

A full assessment which could be upto 4-5 hours will be required before starting work, also a Drug and Alcohol test will be done.
