Hgv Class 2 Driver

Quattro Resourcing are currently seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 Driver to join our clients team based in Tuxford, Nottinghamshire.

We require candidates to have held their licence for a minimum of 1' year(s).

£13.50 - £14.00ph DoE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across various locations. Tail lift deliveries using electric pallet trucks to off-load.

Responsibilities:-

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods


• Plan delivery routes efficiently


• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns


• Follow traffic laws and regulations at all times


• Maintain accurate driving logs


• Communicate with the transport office as/when needed

Requirements:-

• Valid HGV Class 2 licence along with in-date CPC and tachograph card.


• Proven experience as a delivery driver or HGV Driver


• Ability to drive long distances


• Excellent organisational and time management skills


• Strong communication skills


• Physically fit to load and unload where required.


• Clean driving record (preferred)
