Hgv Driver Class 1

Are you an experienced HGV Driver looking for a new permanent role in Liverpool?

We are Searching for HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers to start work with us on a new contract in Liverpool and the surrounding areas, which is a permanent nights role starting between 16:00 and 19:00 daily. The shifts will be between 8 and 11 hours long. It will be roughly a 55 hour working week.

This role will have a driver induction before the work starts, around the 1st of July.

The successful applicant will hold a dock card for container work, and have 2 years of HGV driving experience for insurance purposes.

DUTIES (Class 1 Driver)

• Being client facing, reliable & knowledgeable.


• Driving to multiple RDC's across the UK


• Completing vehicle checks and reporting any defects.


• Liaising with customers and clients in a professional and proficient manner

SKILLS (HGV Class 1)

• Valid HGV (C+E) licences with appropriate endorsements.


• Proven experience as a HGV Driver.


• Valid CPC.


• Excellent driving skills and a maximum of 6 points.


• Ability to navigate using GPS or other routing systems.


• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
