Responsibilities & Duties for Driver Trainer:
- Develop and implement tailored driver training programmes.
- Evaluate programmes regularly, staying updated on industry standards.
- Collaborate with clients to customise solutions.
- Monitor metrics, maintain records, and promote safety culture.
- Address training-related inquiries and concerns promptly
- Conduct Driving Assessments
- Carry out inductions/site SSOWS
- Drivers Licence Checks
- Excellent knowledge of the WTD/Drivers hours
- Carry out Tacho workshops/ Driver counselling
The Shift times & working hours:
- Monday to Friday – Flexibility may be required
