Class 2 Driver - Multidrop
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
Pay: £15.69 per hour
About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Class 2 Driver to join one of our clients. Our client is a leading parcel and pallet delivery network, and you will be responsible for delivering pallets to business and client locations using an 18T Curtainsider with a tail lift. This is a multi-drop position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out daily multi-drop pallet deliveries to business-to-business (B2B) and client locations.
* Operate an 18T Curtainsider with a tail lift for safe and efficient deliveries.
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
* Use the tail lift for loading/unloading where necessary.
* Complete all relevant delivery paperwork and maintain communication with the dispatch team.
* Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
* Provide excellent customer service at every delivery point.
Requirements:
* Valid Class 2 (Cat C) driving licence with a minimum of 2 years experience.
* Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
* Experience with pallet deliveries and using tail lifts.
* Ability to manage multi-drop deliveries efficiently.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Benefits:
* £15.69 per hour.
* Regular working hours (08:00 – 17:00).
* Monday to Friday schedule – no weekends.
