HGV Driver

Class 2 Driver - Multidrop 

Location: Maidstone, Kent

Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)

Pay: £15.69 per hour

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Class 2 Driver to join one of our clients. Our client is a leading parcel and pallet delivery network, and you will be responsible for delivering pallets to business and client locations using an 18T Curtainsider with a tail lift. This is a multi-drop position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily multi-drop pallet deliveries to business-to-business (B2B) and client locations.


• Operate an 18T Curtainsider with a tail lift for safe and efficient deliveries.


• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.


• Use the tail lift for loading/unloading where necessary.


• Complete all relevant delivery paperwork and maintain communication with the dispatch team.


• Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.


• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery point.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 (Cat C) driving licence with a minimum of 2 years experience.


• Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph card.


• Experience with pallet deliveries and using tail lifts.


• Ability to manage multi-drop deliveries efficiently.


• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Benefits:

• £15.69 per hour.


• Regular working hours (08:00 – 17:00).
