Class 1 HGV – ADR Tanker Driver:
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Headcorn (Just outside of Maidstone), Kent
Working Hours: Average of 60 hours per week,Monday-Friday, this role involves nights out, sometimes 4 nights out and other times 1-3 nights out
Salary: £54,600 per annum based on 60 hours per week and 4 nights out
Benefits:
* Pay is weekly.
* Overtime scheme after working 10 hours per day.
* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays per year.
* Receive your own truck.
* Any nights out will be paid for, and you will be expected to park securely in services when loaded.
* We valet trucks before any new driver was to work in them.
* Two weeks training is provided if required, and any renewal training (inc CPC & ADR) is paid for by the company.
* A pension plan is optional with your employment.
* This is a permanent position in a friendly, family run business that has ex-drivers in the office.
The Role – Class 1 HGV – ADR Tanker Driver:
* In your first two to three weeks on the job, you would be paired with one of our driver trainers learning how to safely deliver and collect with various trailers and chemicals.
* All PPE for this training would be issued to you prior to starting.
* Your work will vary each week, but you will be return to our Headcorn depot to start and finish the week.
* All hours paid as per tachograph, including breaks.
