HGV Parts Advisor needed

Our client, a privately owned Truck franchise dealer, is seeking for a HGV Parts Advisor to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the parts department within a dealership and advising customers on the correct parts for HGV repairs and maintenance, sourcing and ordering parts, and managing stock levels to ensure timely service for vehicles.

Role:�HGV Parts Advisor

Hours:�8.30- 6.00pm Mon -Fri & 1 in 3 Saturdays

Location:�Heathrow

Responsibility:

• Supply parts to customer


• Supply parts to workshop


• Unpacking of stock orders and keeping the warehouse tidy


• Assist with delivery and collection of parts as required


• Deal with customer needs face-to-face and over the phone with a professional and friendly approach


• Making customers aware of our latest offers


• Assist with other duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Local knowledge of area


• Driving Licence essential


• Knowledge of commercial vehicles/parts preferred.


• Experience in a similar role preferred, or willingness to learn about the industry


• Team Player


• Experience with Parts Cataloging Software (such as Kerridge, Autobahm, or similar)
