HGV Service Advisor needed

Billingham

Our client, the franchised Top Brand Truck and Van Dealer across the North-East of England, is seeking for a Service Advisor to join their team in Billingham.

The ideal candidate will be the interface between the Customer and the Dealerpoint. You will ensure consistently high levels of customer service are provided and will contribute to increased customer satisfaction and ultimately the overall success of the Dealerpoint. As single point of contact for the customer, providing relevant, accurate and timely ensuring that customer expectations are managed at all times.

Role:�HGV Service Advisor

Hours:�7am to 5pm or 8am to 6pm or rotating shift week 1& 2 and

every other Sat half day

Location:�Billingham

Requirements:

• Previous experience of working as a Service Advisor in the motor industry (either commercial or passenger cars)


• Excellent customer service skills


• Display a good understanding of general computer systems


• A good technical understanding/previous experience within a workshop environment
