HGV Technician

Connect Appointments have an immediate start available for an HGV Technician to join our established client in Falkirk on a permanent basis!

Working with one of the UK's biggest haulage companies, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on their modern fleet of heavy goods vehicles and trailers. You will also be responsible for:

• Completing inspections and identifying problems and raising these with the Workshop Manager
• Conducting maintenance and repairs of a fleet of HGVs and trailers, at a first-time pass rate of 100% for MOTs
• Completing any relevant paperwork and maintaining records of all work carried out
• Following all company policies and procedures, particularly related to health and safety
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
