Job Title: Level 3 HGV Technician

Location: Cardiff

Vibe Recruit are recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients who are looking for an experienced Level 3 HGV Technician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company within the transport and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a range of HGV vehicles.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and is completed in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular MOT preparation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Carry out inspections, servicing, and repairs, identifying any additional work requirements.
• Maintain accurate service and repair records.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the smooth operation of the workshop.

Requirements:

• Level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Previous experience in a HGV Technician or similar role.
• MOT tester certification would be advantageous, but not essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose faults quickly and effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
