Salary: Basic �42000-�43000�plus overtime at enhanced rates

Location: Cheltenham ,��easily commutable from Evesham , Worcester , Gloucester , Tewkesbury

Exceptionally successful vehicle workshop is seeking an additional HGV Mechanic due to significant additional work requirement. They are either seeking an experienced HGV mechanic or a fully qualified car technician / vehicle mechanic to train.

HGV Mechanic� / HGV Technician / HGV Fitter role:

  You will be required to undertake all levels of maintenance, repairs and major overhauls on a wide range of commercial vehicles as well as completing standard servicing and diagnostics.

  
  


• 
  

  Complete straightforward service and maintenance reports.�

  
  


• 
  

  Advise if there are any safety defects or issues which would be of interest to the user.

  
  


• 
  

  Take part in Industry-leading training provided both in house and with major manufacturers.

  
  

Skills/attributes required for the HGV Mechanic� / HGV Technician / HGV Fitter role:�

• 
  

  You must be capable of following the repair process from fault analysis to completion.

  
  


• 
  

  Either be apprentice trained and qualified to City & Guilds/NVQ level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics�or have relevant hands-on experience.

  
  


• 
  

  HGV Mechanic�

  
  


• 
  

  Having a C + E (class 1) driving licence is beneficial but not essential.�
