Temp to Perm placement.

£15.00 per hour
Are you looking for Class 2 Hiab driving work? Great, we have an opportunity for an experienced Class 2 Hiab Driver to join our Leeds based client on a temp to perm contract.
About the role
As a Recruit A Driver HGV Driver for our client, you will expect:
To drive vehicles with flatbed trailers
To carry out the safe unloading of vehicles at customer premises using Hiab slings
Deliver packs of timber and possibly roof trusses, off loading to new build sites or residential customers.
To check the load security & weight distribution according to latest safe working practices at the beginning and end of each shift.
To ensure that the delivery vehicles are always maintained to Company standards, of reporting of any defects to the vehicle.
Ensures vehicles are in safe condition, with daily checks correctly completed before use, & are operated in a safe manner.
What you need to know:
Working times : 07:00am start (although start/finish times can vary), plus overtime when necessary.
Shift pattern : Monday
Friday.
Work Load:
timber product delivery, 2
5 drops distance dependant.
What you must have:
Must hold a valid Class 2 UK license for a minimum of 12 months.
Must
have in date Hiab certification
Must have experience driving a Class 2 vehiclewithin the last six months, ideally 12 months.
Must have no more than 6 points on license for minoroffences.
Must
hold an in date Digital Tachograph Card.
Must
have an up-to-date CPC Qualification Card.
