We are a high-end recruitment agency based in the UK, specializing in sourcing top talent for clients in China. Currently, we are helping our clients recruit UK-educated graduates to return to China, with fluency in Mandarin required.
• Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain sales channels.
-Manage early-stage client relationships.
-Responsible for developing high-end and mid-tier clients, introducing services, identifying banking needs, and converting them into customers.
-Proactively engage with partners, track leads from activities, and convert them into successful accounts to achieve the bank's targets.
-Ensure high professional standards to communicate effectively with potential clients.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree or higher (recognized by the government).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Candidates with strong spoken and written English skills will be preferred.
-Securities qualification or fund sales qualification will be a plus.
