The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• HLTA qualification
• A strong understanding of the primary curriculum
• Experience in positive behaviour management
• Confidence in delivering planned lessons independently
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, supportive approach to teaching
• The ability to provide consistent teaching support, facilitating the classroom teacher's delivery of lessons
