Duties
� Planning and delivering engaging learning activities across the curriculum.
� Supporting class teachers with differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
� Leading small group interventions to raise attainment in core subjects.
� Providing one-on-one support for pupils with specific learning needs.
� Covering lessons as needed, ensuring continuity of learning.
� Supporting behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning environment.
� Encouraging pupil engagement and motivation to inspire a love of learning.
Qualifications
� Holds a HLTA qualification or equivalent (essential)
� Has experience working in a primary school setting, ideally across a range of year groups.
� Demonstrates a passion for education and a commitment to the holistic development of children.
� Is proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
� Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills.
� Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
� Relevant Experience and Qualifications
� Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
� Hold Right to Work in the UK
� Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
� Provide two professional child related references that cover the last 2 years
