Are you passionate about supporting young learners and enhancing their educational experience? Career Teachers are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant primary school in Ripley, Derbyshire. This part-time position starting September 2024 until the end of the academic year, is an excellent opportunity for a committed individual to make a significant impact in the lives of students.

Working Days:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Pay:
£98 - £115 per day, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support to teachers and students across various subjects and activities.
- Assist in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring that learning objectives are met.
- Lead small group interventions and one-on-one support sessions to address specific learning needs.
- Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Contribute to the assessment and tracking of student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement individualised learning plans.
Requirements:
- Hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive educational environment.
