Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Needed ASAP

Tradewind needs a qualified HLTA for a Teaching Assistant role in EYFS. As this is an EYFS role, you're resposnsiblities will be centred on nurturing and caring for new pupils as they transiton into school for the first time.

Where: South Manchester

Start Date: Monday 7th October

Class: EYFS

Pay: £84 - £100 per day, depending on experience

Reception Teaching Assistant
The successful TA will be responsible for the progress and attainment of an EYFS class.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Assisting teachers in lesson delivery, classroom management, and fostering a positive learning environment
• Providing individualised support to pupils facing learning challenges to ensure comprehension of the curriculum
• Aiding in the preparation of teaching materials and organising resources for lessons
• Establishing positive relationships with all pupils based on trust and mutual respect
• Collaborating effectively with the key stage and wider staff to share advice, resources, and best practices

Essential Requirements:
-Any relevant TA qualifications
-Excellent references to support previous experience

-A CV that covers full employment history
-The right to work in the UK
