We are looking to find a suitable candidate for one of the schools we represent in Bedfordshire.

The position is a HLTA and it is starting from September, ths will be a permanent role.

The key skills we are after is:

  • Challenge, motivate, inspire and support the children to be the best they can be
  • Understand and demonstrate strategies for teaching and learning
  • Undertake a range of teaching activities with confidence, working effectively with individual and groups of pupils
  • Have high expectations of themselves and those around them
  • Communicate well and work positively
  • Work well with the whole school community to ensure the very best experience for our children and families

The requirements to do this role:

  • HLTA Qualification
  • Previous experience being a HLTA in a Primary School
  • Flexibility and williness to take on extra responsibilites
  • Ability to step in and cover classes in the absence of the class teacher
