Requirements:

• Qualification: Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant, with the confidence to lead classrooms and contribute to lesson planning.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, the ability to manage classroom dynamics, and a commitment to supporting students' educational development.
