Higher Level Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
Good working knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
Able to deliver and adapt planning
Have experience of supporting quality learning experiences for pupils and delivering small group work
Follow school policies and procedures with regards to safeguarding and behaviour
Work with children of mixed abilities including SEND
The ability to quickly build positive relationships with both staff and students
Showing initiative and asking for direction if needed
