We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join a team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) at a thriving SEN school in Caterham, Surrey.

  • Full-time, Permanent position with a competitive salary: Actual salary £26,265.95 - £28,660.26 depending on qualifications. Plus a £2000 Welcome bonus for HLTA's with SEN Experience.

About the role:

  • You will be an integral part of this team, supporting teachers in delivering engaging and high-quality lessons for their students. This includes assisting with lesson planning, preparing resources, setting up the classroom, and providing support during lessons.
  • You will work closely with individual students and small groups, providing tailored support and encouragement. This may involve helping students with their learning, providing extra help with specific subjects, and supporting students with their social and emotional development.

* You may also be involved in leading small group activities, providing interventions, and working with students who have special educational needs.
