Key Responsibilities:

Cover classes in the absence of the teacher, maintaining a structured and supportive learning environment
Assist in the assessment of students, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to progress reports
Work closely with the teaching team to ensure students reach their full academic potential

What Were Looking For:
Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, with a strong understanding of classroom management and supporting students' learning
HLTA qualification or significant classroom experience, with a desire to take on additional responsibilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and lead small groups
