Highway Inspector

Our client, a reputable local government organization, is currently seeking a Highway Inspector to join their team in the Oxfordshire area. As a Highway Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and integrity of road infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of highways to identify any defects or hazards
• Assess the condition of roads, footpaths, and cycleways
• Record and report any issues found, including potholes, damaged signage, or obstructions
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to carry out necessary repairs and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conduct investigations into road traffic accidents, collect evidence, and report findings
• Monitor construction and maintenance activities to ensure they adhere to approved plans and specifications
• Maintain accurate records and documentation regarding inspections, maintenance work, and incidents

�30-32 per hour - Candidate Experience

Inside IR35

Monday - Friday 5 days per week

Start ASAP

37 Hours per week

Weekly Pay - Every Friday
