p We have an opportunity for a strong Highway Maintenance Operations Manager /strong , based in strong London. /strong /p p br br Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates. br /p p Salary: £60,000 - £70,000pa + Benefits /p p br /p p strong Applicants must have a demonstrable background in managing UK Highway Maintenance Operations. /strong /p p br /p p Experience Required: /p p br /p ul li Management of the highway inspections and asset teams. /li /ul p br /p ul li Oversight into reactive, cyclical and winter maintenance programmes. /li /ul p br /p ul li Working closely with sub-contractors to deliver road surfacing, barrier replacement, pothole repair, road marking and other schemes within the highway maintenance portfolio. /li /ul p br /p ul li Working with the commercial manager to control maintenance costs. /li /ul p br /p ul li Working with the wider leadership team to ensure a high level of contract performance. /li /ul
