Highways Inspector

We are working with a local authority in the East Midlands helping them in their search for a Highways Inspector. This role would be offered out initially on 6 month basis �31+ p/hr inside IR35

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Highways Inspector to carry out all safety inspections including complaints to ensure the council meet their requirements under the Highways Act 1980 and maintain Section 58 defence.
• Looking for adherence to the quoted works, quality, safe working/appropriate Traffic Management in place, possibly identifying other defects on the network.
