In so doing, they seek to make a positive, sustainable contribution to both the UK economy and society.On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a HiPortfolio Support Analyst for a contract based in London with remote work available.Purpose of the Role:To provide oversight and technical application support across a range of Securities Services Institutional systems, including Middle Office, Data Warehouse and Fund Accounting applications.Responsibilities of the role:As a HiPortfolio Support Analyst you will be responsible for:Engage, investigate and resolve complex incidents, requests, defects raised by our users working with our project and development teams where required internally, and our vendors for the applications.Oversight and governance role in the daily activities handled by our offshore support teams and being a technical senior point of contact.Perform business analysis activity related to projects where required.Proactively engage with application domains on application roadmaps, with commitments to improvements and stability.What we require from the candidate:Business, technical and functional knowledge of HiPortfolio fund accounting and middle office platform.Technical expertise across a variety of technologies and business functions within Middle Office and Fund Accounting applications (Data Reporting/Warehouse solutions, SQL, transformation tools, TradeFlow, Autosys, Prism MQ, IBM Websphere TX, JAVA, LINUX, Solaris, Windows)Demonstrable working experience in oversight, leading or managing a team or taskforce.Strong analytical / problem solving skills.Strong Financial services understanding.Results and Quality Driven.Next stepsIf you are interested in applying for this position and meet the criteria outlined above, please click the link to apply and we will contact you with an update in due course.
