With a strong reputation for reliability and service excellence, we are now looking for a dynamic and driven Hire and Sales Manager to join our leadership team and drive commercial growth.

This is a key leadership role within the business, responsible for managing and growing the business. The successful candidate will lead all commercial sales and hire activities, drive customer acquisition, and strengthen relationships with existing clients. You will also be responsible for managing a Sales Executive as part of your team from day one.

Key Responsibilities

· Take full ownership of the company’s commercial strategy across hire and sales operations.

· Take control of the Hire desk.

· Ensuring all clients are contacted on a regular basis.

· Manage and grow the current client base, ensuring outstanding customer service and repeat business.

· Work with Office Admin/Logistics team to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
