As a Hire controller, your duties will include:�




  • Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email

  • Creating and following up on customer quotations

  • Processing customer orders

  • Creating customer contracts

  • Managing customer accounts



The ideal Hire Controller will possess the following skills:




  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Excellent�attention to detail

  • Organised and able to prioritise workload

  • Great customer service skills

  • Able to work independently and use initiative

  • Experience using SAP
