Responsibilities:�
���Coordinate clients' plant hire needs, equipment delivery, and scheduling.
���Communicate with clients to meet their equipment needs on time.
���Provide customers with quick, accurate quotes.
���Collaborate with Operations to manage equipment availability and maintenance.
���Complete all hire-related paperwork accurately and promptly.
���Address and resolve client issues during hires quickly.
���Report to management on plant hire performance and needs.
���Stay updated on industry trends and ensure safety compliance.
���Keep detailed records of plant hire activities and agreements.
���Support Operations in equipment mobilisation based on client timelines.
���Seek and apply process improvements for better efficiency and satisfaction.
Experience Required:�
���Experience in a plant hire role.
���Good at organizing and managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
���Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
���Knowledge of plant equipment types and uses.
���Understands health and safety rules in plant hire.
���Skilled with plant hire software.
���Proactive, detail-focused, and dedicated to quality service.
���Has a full driving licence
