Overview:



A new opportunity for a Hire Controller to join a prominent company that provides a wide range of services including powered access, telescopic handler rental, machinery sales, contract hire options and specialized training programs.





What do I need?




  • Prior experience working on the Hire Desks �

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust schedules as needed.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.





Responsibilities:




  • Building relationships with internal and external clients

  • Managing a high volume of outgoing and incoming hires

  • Day to day management of the Hire Desk

  • Processing admin enquiries

  • Negotiating hire rates
