History Teacher - Humanities

A well-established Catholic trust within the York area require a History Teacher - Humanities Teacher, starting in January 2025. The role is part-time and will run until the Easter break in the first instance, with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.

The school has always had positive feedback and colleagues enjoy going there. Staff are friendly and systems are proficient and effective.

The school are open to applications from experienced practitioners, as well as Newly-Qualified Teacher (NQT's) / Early Careers Teacher (ECT's).
To be considered for the position of History Teacher you must:

• Have experience teaching KS3 and KS4 History
• Deliver inspiring and engaging lessons
• Hold a recognised UK teaching qualification
