The Role
As a full-time History Teacher with TLR, your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, inspiring pupils aged 11 to 18 with engaging and challenging lessons.
• Leading and supporting initiatives within the Humanities department as part of your TLR responsibilities.
• Developing and delivering a high-quality curriculum that encourages critical thinking and a passion for History.

What We're Looking For
The ideal History Teacher will:

• Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications.
• Be a subject specialist with a proven passion for teaching History.
• Have experience teaching at both KS3 and KS4, with KS5 experience being advantageous.
• Be ready to take on additional responsibilities within the department through the TLR role.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
• Be committed to creating a supportive and inspiring learning environment.
