Your Role as an HLTA

As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering planned lessons to whole classes in the absence of teachers.
Supporting teachers with the preparation and delivery of engaging lessons.
Working with students individually or in small groups to provide targeted support.
Assisting in the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

HLTA status or equivalent experience is preferred.
