HLTA

We wish to recruit for an exceptional, enthusiastic and committed Inclusion and Support Assistant or HLTA who thrives on hard work and enjoys a challenging but rewarding role. You will provide support and intervention for struggling learners, act as point of contact with parents and all relevant professionals ensuring the needs of students are met with continuity. Also, you will contribute to high standards of expectations and outcomes are met for all students, including academic, attendance, safeguarding and student welfare. Additionally, you will act as Key Worker for named students and be accountable for their progress and development, record, report and evaluate the impact of interventions and support given and deliver interventions for learning, social and emotional needs.

The School caters for pupils with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour as their primary needs. Most children are learning at KS1 and KS2 levels and need a smaller more structured educational placement in order to focus and develop.
