Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum (Basic, depending on experience)

Caravan holidays have long been a favourite in the UK. Our clients’ caravans are the ideal choice for families, groups and individuals alike, they offer a chance to explore new places without having to miss out on all the creature comforts of home.

The company are looking for experienced Holiday Home Sales Advisors to join their Teams at their locations across middle England and Wales.

They consist of 5 Holiday Parks and 2 Residential Parks and are a business going through a new period of exciting transformation and change. You could be a part of that?

They have the Parks, the Pitches and the Stock to ensure you succeed!

Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will be joining a company that offers a fantastic stage to showcase your ability and develop further within the Group.

Do you have?


  • A proven track record in Holiday home sales or similar related, over achieving against targets both new business and part exchange/owner referral.
  • Are you driven to create your own activity and actions to generate and manage new & existing leads from all platforms and channels…Leads create conversations which create appointments which create Park visits and which all combined create Sales & success.
  • A willingness to work varying work patterns and most weekends during the peak season & key Trading periods.
  • A positive and driven approach to both personal and company/Park success.
  • The presence and aptitude to provide fantastic customer service to our owners and new customers alike in a professional manner.
  • Are able to work at pace and under pressure and still deliver in line with the company values and goals.
  • Ensuring that the Sales process is delivered with clarity, honesty and integrity throughout the whole customer journey from enquiry to completion and handover.
  • Have exceptional communication skills, written and verbal with the ability to build instant rapport in person and using the Telephone.
