About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a positive and professional attitude.

Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints in a timely manner.

Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
