Holmes Indexer – Major Crime Investigation Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting for a
Holmes Indexer to support a
large-scale investigation within a
UK Police Force. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of a
Major Incident Room, ensuring critical information is accurately recorded and managed.
Location: Worthing, West Sussex
Rate: £18.38
Contract: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:\n- Register and index documents into the HOLMES database\n
\n- Ensure all data is accurately recorded, managed, and retrieved in line with Major Incident Room procedures
\n- Raise and result actions to support the Senior Investigating Officer (SIO)\n
\n- Identify and escalate key information and inconsistencies within case files
\n- Support Exhibits and Disclosure Officers with administrative tasks
\n
Requirements:\n- Previous experience working in a Major Incident Room (MIR) or using HOLMES\n
\n- Strong analytical and organisational skills\n
\n- Ability to interpret and manage sensitive data accurately
\n- Knowledge of Major Incident Room Standardised Administrative Procedures (MIRSAP) is desirable
