As a Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily operations of a medium sized nursing home
• Managing staff and ensuring high standards of care
• Budget management and financial planning
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews
• Liaising with residents' families and healthcare professionals

• Annual salary of �70,000-�75,000
• KPI bonus up to 10% (�80,000 OTE)

The ideal Nursing Home Manager will have:

• Relevant nursing qualification is preferred but not essential (RGN/RMN)
• Background working in a managerial role within a care home setting
• Experience in Turning around an under performing care home or evidence of good and very good CI inspections
