As a Nursing Home Manager you will:

• Contribute to forming and heading a a team
• Keep profit and loss within budget
• work with local authorities and use marketing strategies to increase occupancy of the home for private paying residents
• Oversee daily operations and management of the home

Package and Benefits:
The Nursing Home Manager package includes:

• Annual salary of up to 75,000 DOE
• 35 Days (including Bank holidays)
• Company Sick Pay� �
• Employer Pension Contributions:�
• KPI bonus payed 4 times per annum �
  

The ideal Nursing Home Manager will have:

• Experience as a Home Manager in a senior management role�
• Nurse Qualified is preferable
• Knowledge of CQC requirements.
• Excellent management skills.
• Evidence of Good, or Outstanding CQC inspections from previous roles
