As a Nursing Home Manager you will:

- Contribute to forming and heading a a team
- Keep profit and loss within budget
- work with local authorities and use marketing strategies to increase occupancy of the home for private paying residents
- Oversee daily operations and management of the home
Package and Benefits:The Nursing Home Manager package includes:
- Annual salary of up to 75,000 DOE
- 35 Days (including Bank holidays)
- Company Sick Pay� �
- Employer Pension Contributions:�
- KPI bonus payed 4 times per annum �
The ideal Nursing Home Manager will have:
- Experience as a Home Manager in a senior management role�
- Nurse Qualified is preferable
- Knowledge of CQC requirements.
- Excellent management skills.
- Evidence of Good, or Outstanding CQC inspections from previous roles
