CCP are thrilled to be partnering with an award winning insurance company with the appointment of several Sales Consultants to enhance their experienced life insurance sales team. Due to continued business success and growth plans, this exciting brand are looking to increase multiple sites across the country, including their dynamic office in Chester.
Are you a confident and proven Sales Consultant keen to work in an energetic B2C environment?
Would you like to work in a fast paced and target driven sales office?
As part of this exciting Sales Consultant opportunity, you will reach out to warm leads with the objective of offering a range of suitable insurance products. You will work 9 days a fortnight, with a 3-day weekend every other week (Mon: 11am – 8pm, Tues-Fri: 9am – 6:30pm) and 1 Saturday in 6 (9am – 4pm).
22 days annual leave, plus bank holidays – rising to 25 days with length of service.
9 day fortnight – three day weekend, every other week.
Pension.
Cash Plan once probation has been passed.
Excellent written, verbal & listening communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
Demonstrable success in closing sales whilst adhering to a sales process.
Sales Processes.
Experience of working successfully in a fast paced, targeted and regulated telephone sales B2C environment.
Previously worked and enjoyed success in a well-managed, buzzing and organised sales environment.
Demonstrable success in a high volume-based telephone sales role following a structured sales process.
Proven experience of consultative sales processes.
