Homeless Officer Role
Job Title: Homeless Officer
Job Type: Temp
- Shift Work
Salary: �12 per hour
Location: Leicester
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client database
- Develop support plans and risk assessments
- Independently manage client support
- On board new clients: Process referrals and sign-ups
- Explain tenancy rights and obligations
- Conduct accommodation inductions
- Assist with benefit applications and rent payments
- Provide first-line support for: Housing benefit inquiries/Rent arrears issues/Anti-social behaviour complaints
Essential Criteria:
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Experience in housing or homelessness support
- Knowledge of local support services
- Full Clean Driving License (Desirable - Not Required)
