Homeless Placement & Move-On Officer

We are looking for a Homeless Placement and Move-On Officer to work with a Local Authority based in East London. The role will primarily involve assisting those with housing needs to manage their housing options.�

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-�� �Assessing and interviewing residents regarding re-housing�

-�� �Ensuring temporary accommodation is allocated fairly and appropriately�

-�� �Minimising delays on re-letting of properties�

-�� �Ensuring residents are supported with sustaining their tenancies�

Candidate requirements:

-�� �Knowledge of relevant housing legislation and housing options�

-�� �Must have experience of interviewing and assessing residents housing needs�
