Greenacre are pleased to be supporting an Essex based housing organisation, with their recruitment of a Homelessness Case Officer/ Triage Officer.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working for a local authority and handling homelessness applications.

What will you do in the role?

* Handling homelessness applications and providing support to customers regarding alternative housing options

* Providing an ‘on-duty’ service to customers who are homeless or at threat of being made homeless

* Housing register applications/ assessments
