We uphold the highest standards in all that we do and are now seeking an Experienced Horticultural Manager to join our team and help move our vision forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of horticultural activities, including garden maintenance, development, and design opportunities.
Manage and lead a team of skilled and semi-skilled horticulturists, providing leadership, training, and support.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
Monitor plant pest and disease control, effectively managing potential risks.
Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage budgets, resources, and equipment to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

What Youll Need:
Proven experience in leading teams.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
A degree in horticulture.
A thorough understanding of plant care, landscaping, and modern horticultural methods.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Practical gardening experience with solid plant knowledge.
Plant disease identification skills.
PA1 and PA6 W certification.
A full clean driving licence, as you will be driving a company van.
Additional Advantages:
Chainsaw certification.
Lawn care experience.
