• Train staff on disease control and elimination.


• Conduct daily farm walks and attend weekly planning meetings.


• Ensure all growing operations are completed on time.


• Optimize yield potential through climate control and fertigation strategies.


• Monitor crops for pests and diseases and take preventive actions.


• Enforce health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.


• Support harvesting supervisors during peak periods.


• Report KPI figures in monthly meetings.


• Continuously improve processes and drive operational efficiency.


• Oversee the growing team and ensure efficient crop production.�

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and management skills.


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


• Experience in crop production, ideally in a fast-paced environment.


• Ability to analyse and optimize growing conditions.


• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.


• Knowledge of health, safety, and food safety regulations.


• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.


• IT proficiency, including MS Office.


• Enthusiastic and motivated with a proactive attitude.


• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and peak periods.
