Job Description

Hospital Admininistrator required in Birmingham!

We are looking for someone who is available Monday to Friday 9am - 2pm as a administrator.

\n

\n

Requirements:

\n

- Enhanced DBS

\n

- Admin experience required

\n

- 5 Year referencing History

\n

\n

Duties:
- Writing emails and answering phone calls
- Swipe access cards
- Maintaining organisation for hospital flats
- Spreadsheet work
- Assisting with duties set by management
- Excellent use of Microsoft softwares

\n

\n

Shifts:

\n

Monday to Friday 9am - 2pm

\n

\n

About You:
Able to work well in a team - Can support others around you to ensure tasks are completed
Can work well individually
Able to follow instructions
Previous experience within cleaning and/or working within a hospital setting
Must be reliable
